Insurance and payment
Let’s be clear about insurance
Surgery already comes with enough decisions. Here is our current network status, so you know where you stand before your visit. Our goal is simple: no surprise bills.
In network
Most major commercial plans
Including Cigna, HealthNet, Moda, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, PacificSource Voyager, Multiplan, Providence Connect and Signature, Medicare and UHC AARP.
Most commercial plans let you book directly, without a referral from your primary care provider.
Out of network
We can often still see you
Blue Cross Blue Shield / Regence: The clinic visit and surgeon fee are out of network, with payment due at the time of service. Anesthesia and facility providers are in network with Blue Cross. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, we bill BCBS for you and refund what your insurance pays us.
Kaiser Permanente: Out of network. In some cases we can arrange a single-patient agreement, depending on medical necessity and plan authorization, so contact us early.
Not contracted
Oregon Health Plan
We’re not contracted with OHP, Medicaid, CareOregon or Trillium. These plans don’t allow us to bill patients directly. Please look for a provider in your plan’s network.
